We are very pleased to have you joining us.
The text below is here to clarify some of the terms and conditions that all clients (together referred to here as “the User”) when decide to buy any service (referred as the “the Provider” or “Delizai”).
In order to move forward and join, you must agree to the terms below, and by registering for a dietary coaching advice, you confirm you agree to all of these terms. These terms may be unilaterally changed by the PROVIDER from time to time, and you should check for updates. 1.General contract clauses:
The USER, in order to access the services offered by the PROVIDER, must be of legal age (18 years old) and register through the website by creating a user account. Therefore, the USER must freely and voluntarily provide the personal data that will be kept for the PROVIDER.
Unless specifically stipulated in writing, placing an order with the PROVIDER will imply acceptance by the USER of these legal conditions. No stipulation made by the USER may differ from those of the PROVIDER if it has not been expressly accepted in advance and in
writing by the PROVIDER.
During your order, prior to authorizing payment, the USER must accept these Terms and Conditions. If you are not satisfied with them, do not continue with the contracting process, since such conditions will apply to you in any case.
2.Activation of services:
The PROVIDER will not activate any service until it has verified that the payment has been made.
Since the order does not entail the physical delivery of any product, the PROVIDER will previously inform the USER regarding the procedure that he must follow in order to start the dietary coaching.
3. Methods of payment:
The PROVIDER is responsible for economic transactions and enables the following ways to pay for a service:
– Credit or Debit card: THE PROVIDER allowed payment by credit card at the virtual POS made available to them in the payment process (Stripe)
The user gives his consent for future payments to be made initiated by the merchant (MIT Operations) and allows the deletion of his data.
4. Purchase process:
Shopping cart (budget simulation)
Any service from our catalog can be added to the shopping cart. In this, only the selected services, the quantity, the price and the total amount, including taxes, will be observed.
The shopping cart do not have any administrative link, it is just a section where you can simulate a budget without any commitment from both parties.
From the shopping cart you can place an order by following the steps below for its correct formalization:
1. Checking the billing data.
2. Verification of the service provision method.
3. Selection of the payment method.
4. Place the order (buy).
Once the order has been processed, the system instantly sends an email to the PROVIDER's management department and another to the USER; email confirming the completion of the order.
Orders (purchase requisitions)
Once the status of the order is confirmed, the PROVIDER will contact the USER to inform them of the start date of the services.
5. Right of withdrawal:
No refunds are made for the USER once any service is started. In the case, for example, of the «RETO DELI» the withdrawal of the service must be notified 10 days in advance
Specifying more , the right of withdrawal may not be applied in the following cases:
1. In the provision of services made according to the specifications of the USER or clearly personalized. That is, once the service has been activated by the PROVIDER through the prior information test.
2. In the provision of services, once the service has been executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the PROVIDER and USER and with the acknowledgment on their part that they are aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the PROVIDER, you will have lost your right of withdrawal.
6. Refusal of Service/Membership Revocation:
Delizai is built on the premise that all members will be civil and respectful to others within the community. Inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to harassment, sexual or explicit comments, aggressive behavior, intent to embarrass, humiliate, threaten, or harass other students, Training staff, or administrators, or other intentional mistreatment of members or staff will result in suspension, or cancellation of service.
If you would like to report another user for abuse of this policy, please submit an email to contacto@delizaii.com explaining the situation and we will investigate.
7. Non-Medical Advice
The information and services provided by the PROVIDER are informational purposes only and is in no way to be interpreted as medical professional advice. For direction on matters of counseling and medical advice, seek out a doctor registered. You acknowledge that the dietary coaching and our information is about strategies related to the discipline of diet coaching only and also all intellectual property rights on the documentation generated, the dietary tools and on the original ideas conceived on the occasion of the provision of the Services correspond to Delizai. Consequently, the USER undertakes not to make improper use of any document provided or undermine the intellectual property rights of the PROVIDER. In accordance with the provisions, the PROVIDER is exempt from liability derived from misuse that does not contemplate the stipulated purposes and that, therefore, moves away from our legal and ethical competence, based on dietary advice in
favor of exalting the styles of life, encouraging health.
8.Complaints Procedure
You agree to direct any and all compliments, questions, concerns, complaints, criticisms, disputes about the services and products to contacto@delizaii.com.
